Summary:
Ultra Lightweight Insulating Castable are synthesized by adding
high-temperature high-strength lightweight nano aggregates,
aluminate cement, and high alumina fine materials with several
additives. They have the advantages of low bulk density, high
compressive strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent
insulation performance, energy saving and consumption reduction,
and convenient construction. They can reduce the thermal energy
consumption of industrial kilns and reduce the weight of furnace
linings.
